Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Cusco before Mid-day. Transfer to Hotel Marqueses in the center of Cuzco. Afternoon City Tour: Guided tour to Coricancha -The Temple of the Sun, Saqsaywaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambo Machay return to Cuzco. Hotel Marqueses.

Day 2: After breakfast, at 08:30 am pick up for the Sacred Valley of the Inkas Tour. Visit Pisac, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo. Hotel Apu Lodge.

Day 3: After breakfast, at 07:20 am your guide will meet you at the Hotel and walk to the Train Station. 2 Hrs Train to Km 104 (Start point of Short Inca Trail) Check point -have your passports then 3-4 Hrs soft walk to Wiñay Wayna Incan citadel (stop to rest and pack lunch) then 2 more Hrs to arrive to Machu Picchu -the Gate of the Sun for the sunset views. Time for great views, then bus down to Aguas Calientes town.

Day 4: After breakfast. Early Bus to Machu Picchu citadel, a guided visit in Machu Picchu, Extra time to explore. Train return to Cusco. Transfer to the Hotel.

Day 5: Transfer to Bus Station. Inka Express Vip bus to Puno with Lunch and stops. Transfer to Hotel Qalasaya.

Day 6: Islands Tour of Lake Titikaca.

Day 7: Taquile Islands lunch -return to Puno by 5pm. Qalasaya Hotel.

Day 8: Bus from Puno to Chivay to see the Condors at Colca Canyon. Hotel Pozo del Cielo in Chivay.

Day 9: CHIVAY - CRUZ DEL CONDOR TO SEE CONDORS- MACA- YANQUE- AREQUIPA. Castillo Hotel.

Day 10: Free mid day in Arequipa. PM Transfer to the airport. Flight to Lima. (End of our service).

  • If you don`t have sleeping bags, rain ponchos, trekking poles, water bottle, etc you can rent/buy them from SAS Travel at the office at your check-in 2 days before the trek departure.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.-Choose in the Calendar the date of when you would like to start this Package tour with the 2 Day Inca Trail Trek, please note that (Day 1, is the date of your arrival to Cusco. Permits for Short Inca Trail are available, book 8-4 months in advance or before.) Fill in your details in the format as it is requested, and fill in the details of the people traveling with you, once you have finished and sent us your reservation, you will be logged to pay a booking deposit of US$ 500+5% per person or pay through Paypal with 6% payment fee. Once we receive your booking deposit we will confirm your tour in your email with further details.
